Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment used in drilling and production operations. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, compressors, engines, valves, and rotating equipment. Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical systems to identify faults and ensure proper operation. Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems used in rig equipment. Assist in overhauling and servicing of rig machinery, including mud pumps, drawworks, and top drive components. Use precision tools and measuring instruments to align, adjust, and assemble mechanical parts. Monitor equipment performance and report abnormal vibration, noise, or leakage. Ensure all work is performed according to company procedures, safety regulations, and HSE standards. Maintain maintenance records, equipment logs, and inspection reports. Assist the drilling and maintenance team during rig operations, breakdown repairs, and shutdown maintenance.
