Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure that the maintenance activities are on schedule.Provide advice to Chief Mechanic and Maintenance Supervisor regarding the drilling (mechanical) machinery conditions.Maintain the record of drilling (mechanical) machinery usage.Supervise the mechanics during the repair process.Prepare and monitor the spare parts order, both for repair and stocking purpose. Job Management Controlanddirectdailyactivities,reporting,costcontrol coachandtrainsubordinatestoimproveperformance. HSE Ensure that all activities related to mechanicalmaintenance are complied to HSE standards andregulations.Educate the team on safety procedures and other necessary working procedure in order to prevent and minimize any work accident.Providedirectionstoothercrewmembersinanyemergency situations related to mechanica lproblems.
