The supervisor coordinates hydraulic fracturing, well stimulation, and coiled tubing operations according to the approved program and client requirements. A key responsibility is leading field personnel, assigning tasks, and providing technical guidance during operations. The supervisor also communicates directly with clients, engineers, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of the job. In addition, the Senior Service Supervisor is responsible for troubleshooting operational issues, maintaining accurate job reports, and ensuring proper maintenance of equipment such as pumps, blenders, coiled tubing units, and pressure control systems. Strong problem-solving skills, operational decision-making, and safety leadership are essential in this role.
