Electrical daily PM and CM on oil production wells Sucker Rod Pump (SRP) and Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP). • Make thermograph survey for each phase, ambient temperature at Tr, motors and panels, and record the readings. • Record all status and comments of the equipment • Visual inspection of the porcelain insulators and surge arrestor of the H-pole. • Check all dirt contamination of the porcelain insulators, surge arrestor body, transformer and motor connections. • Visual inspection of the transformer body, for oil leaks, dirt contamination on the transformer bushings. • Check breather silica gel (blue or pink). • Measure phase currents and volts at low voltage side and record them. • Perform electrical isolation according to LOTO procedure • Oil sample analyzed if applicable • Visual and acoustical inspection of the H-pole MDP components (relays to be free from corrosion, dust. • Check that there is no smell of burnt material. • Greasing the motor by pumping appropriate grease to the motor greasing nipple. • Record temperature at bearings drives and non-drive end by means of the infrared thermometer • Record current (Max/Min) for each phase, and Ph volts (Max/Min) for each phase • Perform electrical isolation according to LOTO procedure • Clean the dust and dirt by using blower (vacuum cleaner preferred), and a piece of clean cloth. • Tighten of cable terminal connection and earthing arrangements using torque wrench. • Measure and record winding resistance (check balance) using appropriate low ohmic meter. • Check insulation-resistance using Megger device. • Check if the sensor parameters are displayed on controller display.
