Ensure proper inventory management of tools, spare parts, and consumables. Prepare and review daily drilling reports, operational records, and safety documentation. Investigate incidents, equipment failures, and operational issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure proper well control practices and drilling safety procedures are followed. Coordinate logistics, crew schedules, and work planning to maintain continuous rig operations.
