Checking of all the Equipment’s or Facilities as per P&ID[proper rating gaskets,flanges,bolts/studs,supports,pr.Gauge,Temp.gauge,floworifice,vent,drain,Psv,Rov & other ancilliaries in the system]  Carried out Auditing by the respective Dept’s. competitive personnel  Prepare Punch list & get execution from the contractor.  Get the proper work permits for start up  Ensure hydro testing, flushing, cleaning, blowing& nitrogen purging of the system  Check all the bolts for suction, discharge, vent drain, foundation & check for any leaks.  Carryout the priming.  Start the Equipment’s in the presence of Operation personnel  Check for leaks, Suct. Pr., Disch.Pr., delta-P, Flow.  Check for Temp., Pr., Vibration of the piping’s & Equipment’s as well.  Check for correct rotation of the Motor, function of PSV, all gauges.  Check for hot alignment after few running hours.  Performed dynamical test of various rotating Equipment’s.  Monitoring and prepare list of abnormalities of the specific equipment’s in order to avoid unexpected, undue breakdown of the equipment’s
