Maintenance, Repairing and Operating Unit VCE  I have skill to analysis troubleshooting and repair electrical system  Assembly and Disassembly of Components Unit VCE ( Volvo Contruction Equipment )  I have skill to troubleshooting and repair hydrolic system  Exchange Component of Unit VCE (Volvo Contruction Equipment )  Able to Operate Dyno Test of Engine and Transmission Unit VCE ( Volvo Contruction Equipment )  Able to Operate Unit VCE exsample ; Articulated Dump Truck, Excavator, Compactor, Wheel Loader, Forklift  Air Compressor (SULLAIR, ATLAS COPCO)  Diesel Engine Generator (CATERPILLAR) Perform troubleshooting, Installation, Overhaul, Repairing and Inspection on all rotating and Static equipment using Manual book, Drawing and P&ID  Perform alignment using laser alignment or dial gauge  Perform lifting activities using hoist, chain block belt, shackle etc.  Perform reporting for all equipment direct to engineer  Involved in condition monitoring checks on machinery  Maintain all equipment such as common tools, special tools in good order  Reduce un plan shutdown due to mechanical equipment or human error and achieve 100% production of plant  Contribute to have no loss time accident  Contribute to have no major pollution  Perform safety and mechanical talks
