Land Rig deep drilling 3000 HP, 5 Caterpillar Engines – gen set 3512 B, Ross Hill SCR with 3 shakers derrick and 2 Dc motors for Draw works, and 2 mud pumps. As a Rig electrician, my main work scope is in preventive maintenance, repair and overhauling of the following: • CATERPILLAR Generators (3512B, 3406). • Top Drive (TDS11SA Varco). • Draw works (JC70D 2000hp). • Mud Pumps (BOMCO F1600). • Rotary table. • AC & DC motors. • Data acquisition Systems, Drilling instrumentation systems • Shale Shakers. • A/Cs (Air Conditions). • AC/DC drives, SCR Systems with PLC Siemens step 07. • Installation, maintenance, fault finding of lighting, small power, Galley & laundry machinery. • Implement and manage Job Safety Analysis programs and conduct JSA and toolbox meetings. • Maintains services, troubleshoots, repairs refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, and performs all planned and preventative maintenance. • Performs all preventative maintenance according to PM program and manufacturer’s specifications.
