This position will support in creation, and submission of all operational Excellence & Efficiency Audit Plans, analysis, and reports, and accomplish OE&E goals according to the company’s objectives. The primary function of the role is to promote and deliver Operation Efficiency and standards, by being highly visible through managing the audits/ inspections & rig specific operating procedures, also by develop, deliver and maintaining key performance indicators of the core business. Duties & Responsibilities (shall include but not be limited to): · Organize & manage all the OE&E operational audit tasks and processes by consult with your Immediate supervisor /department head. · Involve with Audit teams to carry out the audits and other supports delivered (offshore visits if required). · Facilitate all Operations Efficiency projects and activities including RSOP revamp project, OE&E reports, Operational Audit meetings, reports, and records. · Plan offshore coaching programs to address competency gaps based on rigs performance and available resources. · Associate with HSE, Operation and Maintenance to gather all required data to help providing the required technical gap analysis on ARO fleet. · Liaise with HR to track and develop the required knowledge transfer program for each unit/dept in ARO organization.
