• Capable canrigtopdrive bearing change seals change and rotary seals changing. • Good experience with fixed & variable displacement pumps & motors, various types of actuators, directional control valves, cartridge valves, flow dividers, pressure control valves, flow control valves etc. • Well versed with electrical and electronic intervention in hydraulic and pneumatic system. • Knowledge of different type of hoses, steel tubing, fittings, plumbing and hose crimping. • Good experience with overhauling Caterpillar Engine • Able to maintain, repair, overhaul & trouble shoot machinery, mechanical equipments such as engines, torque converters, generators, centrifugal pumps, gear pumps, piston pumps etc. • Experience repair & rebuild Power Tong, Spinner and its drive unit etc. • Experience repair & rebuild Piling Hammer and Jacking System etc. • Experience repair & rebuild Deep Well Pumps. • Experience repair & rebuild Iron Roughneck IR 30120 • Experience repair & rebuild Specific Aqua Chem. Alfa Laval and R/O water maker plants. • Carried out maintenance and repairing of various types of Oil & Gas field equipment’s in hazardous and non-hazardous area. • Routine inspection, maintenance and repair of Top Drive, Draw works, Iron Roughneck, Engines, Cranes, Mud pumps, Air Compressors and all Hydraulic equipments.
