Maintain an acceptable mode of communication with the lifting crew during any lifting operation. Direct crane operator, check that load is suitable for lifting, and has been slung correctly. *Ensure lay down area is free From obstruction during lifting operation and tool box talk conducted, before lifting operations commence. *Observe weather conditions before and during lifting operations *Adhere to strictly to all safety procedures as Enshrine in the work management system. (WMS). * Timely distribution of chemical at designated modules, as required, e.g trans-aqua, oxygen scavenger etc. etc *Intervene and step back 5x5 if work scope change on any job. * Operate capstan equipment during mooring activities Responsible for cleaning the rig work area, moving supplies and equipment, assembling and disassembling machinery equipment. Responsible for assembling flow lines for wellhead, verifying proper installations of valves and chokes and inventories. Daily inspection of lifting equipment before use.
