• Led exploration and appraisal drilling scope, coordinating planning and execution across drilling, HSE, procurement, logistics, and multiple contractors • Prepared drilling inputs for Basis of Design (BoD), well programs, schedules, and cost estimates supporting field evaluation and development planning • Managed contractor lifecycle activities, including tender preparation, technical evaluation, and performance monitoring for rigs, drilling services, and long-lead items • Controlled drilling CAPEX and Authorizations for Expenditure (AFE), ensuring cost tracking and financial governance in coordination with Finance and Contracts & Procurement • Ensured full compliance with Development and Production Service Contract (DPSC) terms, Iraqi regulatory requirements, and company HSE and technical standards
