Supervise and manage all drilling operations on the rig to ensure safe and efficient performance. Coordinate daily activities of drilling crew including Driller, Assistant Driller, Floorman, Roustabout, and other rig personnel. Ensure compliance with company HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and drilling procedures. Monitor drilling parameters, rig performance, and well progress to achieve operational targets. Plan and schedule rig operations, maintenance, and crew assignments. Conduct regular safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety drills for the crew. Inspect rig equipment and ensure proper maintenance of drilling machinery and tools. Maintain daily drilling reports, operational records, and communication with the drilling superintendent and management. Ensure availability of drilling materials, spare parts, and consumables required for operations. Supervise rig-up and rig-down operations and ensure proper handling of drilling equipment. Respond to operational issues, equipment failures, and emergencies on the rig site. Train, guide, and evaluate crew members to maintain high operational standards and teamwork. Coordinate with engineers, service companies, and offshore/onshore support teams during drilling
