Safety Promotion and Compliance - Facilitate daily safety discussions and encourage crew to prioritize safety - Ensure crew compliance with site safety regulations - Implement consequence management when necessary Inspections and Audits - Conduct daily walkarounds to identify UC/UA/SAC - Coordinate with colleagues for camp inspections and hygiene meetings - Participate in hazard hunts with chefs - Conduct regular inspections for HK and COW Training and Engagement - Engage crew with HSE through interactions, activities, and training drills - Promote active engagement in safety programs through daily BBS reporting Incident Management and Reporting - Promptly report and investigate near-misses - Assign actions with target dates - Maintain up-to-date CAR register - Investigate incidents, securing scene, collecting statements/photos, and identifying root causes Control of Work - Ensure effective monitoring and control of work processes - Prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations Well Control and Emergency Preparedness - Ensure knowledge of kick indicators is communicated to all crew members - Ensure awareness of ERP in various emergency situations - Ensure frequent awareness and authority to act with responsibilities Emergency Response and Communication - Ensure crew is prepared to respond to emergencies - Establish clear communication protocols for emergency situations - Ensure timely and effective communication with crew, management, and regulatory bodies during emergencies
