Reported to driller about machine malfunctions or other problems  Use the rig floor hoist to get drill collar subs from the rack.  Put the subs back on the rack after use.  Stand clear of the jerk line while making up pipe.  Keep the tongs level and adjust as needed.  Keep the rotary and rig floor clear of mud & other materials that could create slip & trip hazards  Lubricate & inspect the elevator latch and elevator hinge pin before each trip.  Washed drilling rig and performed regular maintenance and inspections  Assisted floor hands in cleaning and maintaining floor  Attended all safety meetings and utilized techniques learned to avoid mishaps on job  Installed and repaired pipes, valves and pumps when on job sites  Assisted roughnecks with tasks and supplied with equipment  Setup and cleaned up drill rigging area  Cleaned up and inspected equipment after use  Used hand and power tools safely and efficiently, following all manufacturer and company directions
