Supervise and coordinate all drilling operations to ensure work is carried out safely and efficiently. Monitor drilling parameters such as weight on bit, RPM, mud properties, and pump pressure. Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and drilling programs. Coordinate with the drilling contractor, service companies, and rig crew during operations. Supervise activities such as drilling, tripping, casing running, cementing, and well control operations. Monitor well conditions and take corrective actions to prevent drilling problems. Ensure proper maintenance and operation of drilling equipment. Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and ensure all crew follow safety procedures. Review daily drilling reports and maintain accurate documentation of operations. Manage and supervise rig personnel including drillers, assistant drillers, and floor crew. Ensure proper use of drilling fluids and monitor mud systems. Coordinate with engineers and management for operational planning and problem solving. Ensure proper handling and storage of drilling tools, tubulars, and equipment. Respond to emergencies and assist in well control situations if required. Optimize drilling performance to reduce non-productive time (NPT) and improve efficiency.
