Roles and Responsibilities
Chief / Senior Rig Electrician with 12+ years of experience on onshore and offshore drilling rigs (2000–3000HP). Skilled in NOV Amphion Control Systems, ABB VFD Drives, SCR Systems, Siemens & Allen Bradley PLCs, Top Drives, Drawworks, Mud Pumps, Power Management, and Rig Automation. Strong knowledge of HSE standards, hazardous areas, electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and project supervision Maintain and troubleshoot generators, motors, transformers, switchboards, and control panels. Ensure uninterrupted electrical power supply for drilling and production operations. Inspect and repair electrical faults quickly to avoid downtime. Lead and supervise electricians and electrical technicians. Assign daily maintenance tasks and monitor work quality. Provide technical guidance and training to team members.
