Provide first aid and life-saving treatment for injuries, accidents, burns, fractures, and illnesses. Handle medical emergencies like heart attack, stroke, trauma, drowning, etc. Stabilize patients before medical evacuation (medevac) by helicopter or boat. Conduct daily health checkups for workers. Treat common illnesses such as fever, infections, dehydration, and minor injuries. Maintain medical records of employees. Monitor workers for fitness for duty in hazardous environments. Identify health risks related to chemicals, gases, noise, and extreme weather. Participate in safety drills like fire drills, blowout drills, and evacuation exercises. Maintain the offshore clinic / sick bay. Ensure medical equipment, medicines, and first aid kits are stocked and functional. Manage ambulance or emergency response equipment.
