Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance of all kind Electrical Equipment’s. • Issue and control electrical isolation certificates, work permits, method of statement and Job Safety Analysis for a smooth, safe and timely execution of work in accordance with Company's safety regulations and the general rules to ensure safe operation and maintenance of electrical apparatus on power network. • Maintain up-to-date records of all maintenance work completed including work orders and maintenance log, describe the fault, work carried out and materials, time and used, and record test results on various units for further reference. • Daily and regular inspection of electrical system and its equipment’s if found any fault or alarm then inform to shift leader first after rectify the problem and make permit to solve it. • Performing Electrical Isolation, with LOTO according to IEC standard. • All area emergencylighting and normal lighting panels, lighting poles, and lights maintenance work. • Insulation Testing and Hi- Pot testing of power cables. • Checking of Motor IR & PI value and the winding resistance. • Plant all Motors and their cable Insulation testing and also maintenance (greasing, bearingchange, etc.) • HV-LV motor test like IR, WR, Solo run test. • Checking of IR and contact resistance Measurement of Circuit Breakers andbus bars etc. • HV switchgear (6.6 kV, 11kv, 33kv) and control panel's Preventive and Breakdownworks. • Maintenance & Operation of LV Motor up to 200 KW / 3 Phase / 380V / 415V / 50HZ. • Maintenance & Operation of MV Motor up to 1600 KW / 3 PHASE / 6.6Kv / 50HZ. • Maintenance & Operation of 6.6 KV AIS switchgears and circuit breakers. • Maintenance & Operation of Switch Gear 6.6 KV AND 11 KV. • Maintenance & Operation of distribution transformers 6.6 KV/0.415 KV, ABB 2500KVA. • Installation and Maintenance and functional testing of ABB VFD Model - ACS 880 and 580. • Troubleshooting and Fault Rectification of Control Panels. • Installation, repair and maintenance of Circuit Breakers & Motor Starters like Direct on Line,Star-Delta Starters. • Responsible for maintenance of Battery & Battery Charges and UPS System. • Glanding and Termination, megger Testing, all types of Instrumentation & Electrical installation. • Electrical work cables laying, dressing, All lighting panel DB junction box and panel termination.
