I am currently working in Algeria for Joint Venture Company “In Salah gas”, between Sonatrach/Eni/Equinor as an instrument technician. My main roles but not limited to the following:

*Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, calibration of process instrument control systems (Level, Pressure, Temperature, and Flow) with different principles (DP, Wet leg, Dry leg, thermo-resistance, Vortex, Coriolis, Radar, etc. 

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of control valves, Positioners, ESD valves, MOV and Solenoid Operated Valves.

*Mastering of Masoneilan VALVUE Software SVI 1&2 for Smart positioners and HDLT for Interface Level Transmitters. (calibration, configuration).

*Calibration and repairing of Pressure, Temperature, Flow and Level Switches and Gauges, I/P and P/I Converters. *Preventive and corrective maintenance of analyzers: Water dew point, Hydrocarbon dew point, O2, CO2 and Conductivity.

*Maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of several Equipment such as:

-Glycol Reboillers (Prosernat)

-Hot water Boilers (SAACKE)

-Waste heat recovery unit

-Gas Generators Turbines (Rolls Royce), with FT110 Entronic controller

-Water treatment unit (SFEC)

-Air Compressors (Atlas Copco)

-Nitrogen generator (Air Liquide, Belilli)

-Well head control panels (hydraulic & pneumatic), RTU and choke valves calibration

*Troubleshooting any failure on all YOKOGAWA Instruments and calibration

*Maintenance and troubleshooting in Fire & gas system of different manufacturer (Honeywell, Det-tronics, Dräger, Sigma, Crowcon and VESDA).

*Calibration, Installation and Troubleshooting of Combustible and Toxic Gas. Checking and Troubleshooting of UV/IR Flame Detectors, Smoke Detectors, Heat Detector and CO2 extinguishing systems on gas turbines.

*Reporting to hierarchy: work progress, Fault issues, and investigation reports.

*Ensure that all PM activities are performed in accordance with specific maintenance procedures and Review work orders failure reporting, to keep history on CMMS (Maximo V8).

*Execution of shutdowns and turnarounds maintenance program Plan. Involves in construction completion check, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, instrument loop checks, functional checks, purging, inerting, safety checks, Site acceptance tests, performance teste etc, as directed by Lead/Senior Commissioning Engineer and advice from respective discipline Engineer.

Help prepare work permits and ensure that work is carried out in a safe manner as per company procedures.

*Participates in regular Toolbox meeting with colleagues and reports all Near Misses, Incidents and Accidents during operation by raising B-Safe / observation cards.

*HSE basic courses.

*Energy Isolation.

*Control of Work System & General Basic Safety (HSE) Certified with British petroleum standard.

*Hazard Recognition plus & Task Risk Assessment with British Petroleum standard.

*Basics of SIS SIF SIL (Safety Instrumented system /Safety Instrumented Functions /Safety Integrity level)

*ATEX certificate; Authorized Person, Level 2-Electrical: Design/Engineering, Erection and Maintenance; issued by the INERIS institute.

*Basics of Rs Logics 5000 Maintenance. 

*SIMATIC S7 Maintenance Level 1&2.

*SIEMENS TIA PORTAL SIMATIC S7-1200.

*SAACKE S3900 (Scan View) COMBUSTION CONTROLLER.
