1. Supervises rig crew during workover rig operations 2. Plan and record daily operations at the workover rig 3. Write daily IADC reports 4. Train rig employees on well control and safety 5. Work together with third party (ESP vendors and PCP) to ensure smooth operation 6. Reports to the workover supervisor at the rig to ensure smooth operation 7. Process chemist, perform bottle test for production chemicals and recommends 8. Budget and plan for the company and also do material inventory for the tools and equipments in the story 9. Responsible to the workover supervisor and rig manager at the rig site 10. Perform calibration , maintenance and pressure test of equipment and tools at the rig site 11. Supervises the work employees during rig up and rig down 12. Designs the procedures for cementing jobs the well site
