- Design drilling program for exploration, appraisal and development wells.l, including drilling fluid program, casing program, cementing program, directional drilling plan, hydraulics program and BHA design. - Follow up with operations and on-site team the effective execution of the plan and address any deviation. - Track the performance of drilling rig and advise for enhancement. - Consult rig foremen as technical support regarding any drilling issues. - Ensure rig operations are running smoothly as per well control principles, API standards and HSE regulations. - Establish well data on EDM Landmark software starting directional or horizontal trajectory design, casing design and stress check and ending with well profile. - Arrange with Exploration, reservoir and completion team for drilling operation and design. - Arrange with material department to ensure needed material for the operation are available in stock prior to final design.
