• Ensure the effective planning and execution of well services operations, including well intervention, well completion, and maintenance activities. • Coordinate the scheduling of well services activities, ensuring optimal use of resources, equipment, and personnel to meet project deadlines. • Oversee field crews, ensuring they are properly trained, staffed, and equipped to complete tasks safely and efficiently. • Enforce safety protocols and ensure that well services activities comply with safety regulations, company standards, and environmental guidelines. • Identify potential hazards or operational risks and implement procedures to mitigate them. • Oversee incident investigations and corrective actions, ensuring that safety and operational standards are maintained. • Monitor and control budgets for well services operations to ensure the effective allocation of resources and minimize cost overruns. • Ensure well services projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards. • Serve as a point of contact between various departments (e.g., engineering, HSE, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of well services activities. • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on progress, issues, and any required adjustments to the plan. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of well services operations. • Prepare and deliver regular reports on operational status, performance metrics, costs, and project progress to senior management. • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during operations, from equipment malfunctions to operational delays. • Analyze operational problems and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety. • Provide technical guidance and support to field crews, ensuring that operations follow industry best practices and technical specifications. • Coordinate and ensure that field personnel receive adequate training in both operational procedures and safety protocols. • Act as a mentor for junior operations staff and new hires, providing guidance and support in developing their skills and knowledge. • Ensure that necessary tools, consumables, and equipment are available for operations, minimizing downtime. • Ensure that the well services are performed according to quality standards and customer requirements.
