- Plan and perform well intervention activities, Provide Technical Support to well supervisors - Field supervision of well intervention crew during intervention work. - Ensure performance of all work according to procedures and HSE requirements on site - Preparation of well intervention programs - Develop and implement specific intervention procedures and intervention programs - Prepare and supervise all well intervention operations - Prepare well intervention reports - Delegated Area Authority for PTW - Act as a liaison with the other departments and groups - Manage Wells Integrity from Well Design, Well Construction, Operational Phase, and Well abandonment. - Commit in Implementing of all procedures in managing well Intervention Operations - Ensure compliance of well operators and wells servicing with procedures, guidelines, standards, and regulations. - Train all personnel Involved and confirm that they understand all key aspect of Well Intervention Operations. - Conducting risk assessment, and apply repairs or mitigation measures, following pre- prepared procedures and international standards (NORSOK, ISO, API, IOGP, ANSI….). - Initiate the course of action need to take for any failure - Onsite auditing during any kind of Drilling or Well Intervention operations (Drilling, Cementing, Completion, Testing, Well Handover, Production, Stimulation, Injection, Etc. - Initiate modifications in wells or gathering system component, preparation of (OPS) operation query, and follow up the (MOC) management of change implementation. - Injection Sealing Products, Changing the failed parts, make the necessary repair operations - Good Knowledge about: Well Design, Deviated and Horizontal Drilling, HPHT Wells, Tubing and Casing Stress Analysis, Artificial lift Wells, Old Degraded Wells, Corroded Wells, Deep Water Wells, Well Interventions, Well Abandonment, Well Testing and Pressure Testing. - Simulate the well performance and optimize gas wells production using Integrated Production Modelling with Prosper, Gap and MBAL. - Prepare Well Intervention Operations plan, Well Intervention Programs. - Support Well Supervisors, Production Engineers, wells Maintenance team and develop any new well technics. - Down hole pressure monitoring by both permanent and retrievable pressure gauges and check the Quality of down hole gauges’ data, Preparation and maintenance of Surface and Downhole gauges. - Investigate any flow assurance problem and propose solutions taking into account the minimum costs
