MPD Operations coordinator for Weatherford Kuwait My current duties include, but are not limited to: 1. Crew planning and mobilisations between rigs, wells and jobs. We currently have 104 field crew, 9 R&M personnel, 8 Nextgen trainees. 2. Crew training and competencies. 3. Package selection and mobilization, equipment selection, preparation and maintenance. Ensuring full compliance with KOC, API, OEPS certifications, regulations and policies. 4. Opening and investigation of all NCR’s, CPAR’s, MOC and NPT 5. Liasing with co-man, Drilling Engineers on mobilisations, rig visits and equipment selection. 6. Billing and invoicing for each section, including tracking all NPT. 7. Crew time sheets, Per diem and expenses. 8. Tracking well information and data and ensuring completion and integrity of WPTS, EOWR and daily reporting. 9. Managing crew documentation including gate passes, Civil ID’s and exit permits. 10. Performing daily toolbox talks with crew and R&M team. 11. Holding daily operations meetings. 12. Holding pre-section meetings. 13. Managing discipline and disciplinary actions. 14. Hiring, interviewing and onboarding of new employees.
