Senior Well Engineer - First Lump sum turnkey (LSTK) project in Russia as General Contractor for ROSNEFT. 3 Land rigs, remote location, complex logistics. Workover, Frac and Coiled Tubing operations during post drilling phase. Drilled development wells (3,200 m TVD / 6,500 m MD) using 2,000 HP rigs, 15K BOPs, and WBM up to 1.65 SG. Target HP formation with narrow MW (MPD implemented in horizontal section). RIH 15 stage MultiFrac Completion (liner-hanger with 15k pressure rating). Prepared drilling programs, analyzed offset wells, led DWOP and pre-section meetings, implemented lessons learned, and delivered end-of-well reports (EOWRs). Investigated drilling incidents, identified root causes, and recommended preventive actions to enhance safety and operational performance. Drilling Engineer - Drilled complex development wells (1,500 m TVD / 7,200 m MD) from jack-ups and fixed platforms using 2,000 HP rigs, 5K BOPs, and OBM up to 1.65 SG, delivering ERD wells (ERD ratio 5.3), TAML-5/TAML-3, intelligent completions, and multilateral wells with up to 10 fish bones. Provided 24/7 operational support during well construction, performing torque & drag and hydraulics modeling, and executing casing running and cementing simulations in ERA. Supervised up to 3 drilling rigs simultaneously, supported rig-site execution, and ensured adherence to drilling programs and safety standards. Led DWOP/CWOP, pre-section, and pre-job meetings, and executed well planning activities including BOD preparation, offset wells analysis, rig sizing, and drillability assessment/optimization.
