13 Years of Oil and Gas field experience which includes 7 Year as MWD/LWD Field Engineer, 4.5 Years as Electrical/ Mechanical Tech (Tech 03 – Geo Pilot) in the R & M Department- Sperry Drilling Services in India, Dubai, Kuwait and 1.5 year as a System Engineer at HPCL-Mittal Energy Ltd India.  Having a good knowledge of MWD/LWD, Direction Drilling, Drilling Engineering, Formation Evaluation and Drilling related Problems.  Drilled more than 100 wells/Sections using Rotary Steerable System (RSS)/ Mud Motor with Triple Combo/Quad combo assembly.  Experience in onshore wells in Kuwait.  Troubleshooting and field operation of new as well as repair & maintenance of RSS & LWD/MWD Drilling tools.  Clients Worked- Kuwait Oil Company, ONGC, GSPC, Cairn India, Reliance India. Experience in execution of LWD services using Geopilot with CTN Neutron Density tool, ALD Bulk density tool, XBat, MRIL Porosity tool, GM, DGR Gamma Ray tools, EWR, SP4 & ADR Resistivity tools, Geo-Tap, PWD pressure measurement tool, DM, PCDC directional sensor, tools with Positive Pulse Telemetry systems.  Trained and experienced in running Halliburton new fleet of Star tools like Base Star, Earth Star, Bright Star, Litho Star, Resi Star.  Commanding knowledge of Vibration mitigation, LWD QC guidelines, Basic Log interpretation-I,MAGUTM, Survey QC, Geospan-Down linking Skid, etc.  Rig up/ rig down BHA, Surface Sensors (Depth Encoder, Hook Load sensor, Stand Pipe Pressure Sensor, NPT Sensor and Adjustable Bypass Assembly) as per company Standards (applying correct torque, tong/safety clamp placement).  Maintain directional well profile with the help of real time well path plotting, maintaining required drilling parameters, down link to RSS tool for required settings (build/walk/steer force, steer direction, target inclination.  Calculate, plan and execute Landing in drain hole as per requirement of geologist.  Responsible for establishing company safety standards, safety trainings, and hazard hunt
