• Conduct real-time geological monitoring and formation evaluation during drilling operations. • Analyze drill cuttings, mud data, gas readings, and logging data (MWD/LWD/wireline) to interpret subsurface conditions. • Monitor drilling parameters (e.g., ROP, WOB, torque, mud weight) to detect lithological changes, pore pressure trends, and wellbore stability risks. • Lead pore pressure surveillance, including prediction, evaluation, and reporting of formation pressures and drilling conditions. • Supervise and coordinate wellsite service providers (mud logging, wireline, LWD, coring, DST) to ensure accurate data acquisition. • Perform QA/QC on geological, petrophysical, and operational data to ensure reliability and accuracy. • Support key drilling decisions such as casing points, coring intervals, and total depth. • Prepare and maintain geological logs, strip logs, well records, and comprehensive wellsite documentation. • Produce daily, weekly, and end-of-well technical reports and communicate updates to offshore and onshore teams. • Collaborate with geologists, petrophysicists, and drilling teams to support safe and efficient drilling operations. • Manage sample collection, description, documentation, and shipment in line with company standards. • Coordinate logistics and ensure readiness of tools and equipment for geological and drilling activities.
