They steer the drill bit along a precise, pre-planned path, ensuring geological targets are met efficiently while adhering to strict safety standards. - Manage welltrack as per plan to keep drilling bulleyes. - Optimize drilling parameter to make safety drilling - Good reporting to client by the end off well while keep good communication with them while drilling. - Maintain good slide and proportion during drilling to minimize torque below plan. - Minimize slide to maintain welltrack using good parameter. - Improving good ROP to optimize bit life while maintain good hole cleaning.
