Manage day-to-day well activities including but not limited to workover , well testing, coil tubing, wireline etc.., ensuring safe and efficient execution according to approved programs. Core responsibilities include enforcing HSE policies, managing contractor performance. Ensure proper execution of the well program and adapt plans as necessary based on downhole conditions. Direct all well operations expediently, safely, and according to accepted industry practices as outlined and specified in the program issued by the Company. Accountable for onsite safety, ensuring strict adherence to company procedures & programs. Supervise and coordinate all aspects of daily field operations, ensuring that targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met in efficient and safe manner. Coordinate with other departments (Maintenance / Logistics / Reservoir) who contribute and impact operations to ensure good communication and understanding of all the requirements. Effectively manage and supervise an international team of over forty personnel, fostering and developing a culture of performance, safety, and collaboration. Collaborated directly with contractors to define scopes of work, monitor service delivery, and review and check invoices to ensure accurate payment processing and validation. Assess and evaluate change orders, work permits and communicate any anticipated modifications (MOC) to Operations Management based on real-time field observations and developments. Coordinate the timely ordering of required well materials, equipment, and services according to the well program. Manage safety and environmental compliance, enforce safety practices, and lead pre-job safety meetings (Toolbox Talks). Investigate, report incidents and implement corrective actions. Review service company field tickets for accuracy of services provided and associated charges. Provide on-the-job training for less experienced personnel assigned to the project.
