Performance Optimization: Offset analysis, NPT reduction, and cost-efficient well execution. Technical & Software Skills: Landmark suite (Compass, Wellplan, Stresscheck, Openwells & Wellcat), AFE documentation, KPI benchmarking Land Rig Experience: 3000 HP, 2000 HP & 1200 HP (Trailer mounted rig). Optimized casing and cementing designs, contributing to cost efficiency and well integrity. Lead well planning activities in collaboration with G&G teams, ensuring alignment with reservoir targets and operational feasibility. Design optimized well trajectories and casing programs based on lithology, pore pressure, and fracture gradient analysis. Prepare drilling & cementing programs (hole sections, mud windows, casing design, BHA’s, cement slurries); lead DWOP sessions and AFE submissions and well program documentation. Perform advanced simulations (T&D, hydraulics and ECD, swab & surge, cementing) to mitigate operational risks. Monitor real-time well trajectory and coordinate with directional drilling teams to ensure target compliance. Collaborate with G&G, completions, and operations teams for safe and efficient well execution
