Monitoring cement slurry mixing, pumping, and displacement operations to ensure zonal isolation. Performing cementing jobs at field including 13 3/8" , 9 5/8" and 7" casings and liners. Working on different models of cement pumping units and batch mixers. Participating in the evaluation of cementing calculations for different types of cementing jobs. Performing pre/post job equipment inspection and preparation. Coordinating with drilling, cementing, and rig teams to ensure smooth execution of field operations. Performing corrective and preventive maintenance to the cementing equipment such as manifold, pumps, bulk plant, and cementing storage vessels. Conducting routine mud testing and reporting, including density, viscosity, pH, filtrate loss, and solids control parameters. Supervising the preparation and treatment of mud systems according to well requirements. Maintaining inventory and usage tracking of mud chemicals and cementing additives. Recognized for exceptional problem-solving skills and client satisfaction. Ensuring compliance with HSE standards, company procedures, and operational best practices during field activities.
