Roles & Responsibilities (Process Engineer) Operate and monitor Formaldehyde, Urea Formaldehyde (UF), and Melamine Formaldehyde (MF) resin plants Lead Amino Plant and Glaze Plant operations to ensure smooth and continuous production Supervise production of UF Resin, MF Resin, Melamine Formaldehyde Crystals, and Glazing Powder Control and optimize key reaction parameters (pH, temperature, molar ratios, viscosity) to maintain consistent product quality Perform continuous process monitoring and implement improvements to enhance yield and reduce wastage Coordinate with QA/QC teams for raw material inspection and final product quality assurance Prepare and manage material balance, consumption reports, and production documentation Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, and quality standards Collaborate with maintenance team for equipment reliability and troubleshooting Coordinate with boiler operations for steam control and utilities management Work closely with electrical team to ensure uninterrupted plant operations Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols in coordination with HSE team
