I am responsible for ensuring the quality control and assurance of petroleum products in oil and gas operations in accordance with international standards such as ISO, ASTM, and GOST. My role includes conducting detailed laboratory analysis of crude oil, refined products, and water samples to verify compliance with technical specifications and regulatory requirements. I monitor product quality throughout production, storage, and transportation processes, ensuring that all parameters meet established standards. I am actively involved in identifying non-conformities, investigating root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to maintain operational efficiency and product integrity. In addition, I prepare and review technical reports, certificates of analysis, and other quality-related documentation to support internal processes and external audits. I ensure that all laboratory equipment is properly calibrated, maintained, and operated in line with safety and quality procedures. I work closely with operations, engineering, and HSE teams to ensure seamless coordination and compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Furthermore, I participate in internal and external audits, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support the development and implementation of quality management systems.
