Drilling Parameters Monitoring: Recording data such as rate of penetration (ROP), mud flow rates, pump pressure, and hook load to analyze performance. Reporting: Creating daily geological logs and, in the absence of a Data Engineer, acting as the primary point of communication for operational events. Safety and Well Control: Identifying potential hazards such as gas kicks or abnormal pressure changes, and immediate reporting to the drill crew to mitigate risks. Equipment Maintenance: Calibrating and maintaining monitoring equipment, sensors, and the logging unit to ensure accuracy and safety
