Supervise and coordinate all workover and completion operations on site, ensuring full compliance with company policies, HSE standards, and industry best practices. Plan and execute daily operations according to the approved program, including well intervention, tubing replacement, well integrity checks, and pressure control activities. Monitor well conditions continuously, including pressure, flow, and potential risks, and take immediate action when required to maintain safe operations. Lead and manage the workover crew, assign tasks, and ensure proper communication between all parties involved, including engineers, service companies, and rig personnel. Ensure that all equipment, especially BOP systems and well control devices, are properly installed, tested, and maintained in accordance with standards. Conduct pre-job safety meetings (toolbox talks) and ensure all personnel follow safety procedures at all times. Prepare daily reports, document operations, and provide accurate feedback to the operations team. Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving during unexpected situations, ensuring minimal downtime and safe execution of operations. Verify that all activities are carried out efficiently, within budget, and without compromising safety or quality standards
