Well Planning & Design: Prepare GTO,drilling programs, casing design, mud programs, and well trajectory. Operational Supervision: Monitor drilling operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution. HSE Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Cost Control: Optimize drilling performance to reduce NPT (Non-Productive Time) and control well costs. Data Monitoring & Analysis: Track drilling parameters (ROP, WOB, mud properties) and make real-time decisions. Problem Solving: Handle drilling issues like kicks, stuck pipe, losses, and well control situations. Coordination: Work closely with rig crew, geologists, service companies, and management. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare daily drilling reports, well summaries, and post-well analysis.
