• Ensure that drilling, completion, and workover operations as implemented in compliance with the company’s QHSE Policies & regulations. • Ensure the execution of drilling and workover operations on field is based on state of art rules in terms of safety, and in respect of environment, engineering, performance, and cost. • Ensure the adequacy of personnel, equipment (Tubulars, Wellheads, Completion,tools) with comparative statements (both commercial as well as technical), along with expenses details for all activities. • Monitor performance and cost analysis for daily drilling and workover/NPT summary and take necessary steps to keep it in check. • Being responsible for forecasting and sourcing of drilling equipment requirement for the projects. • Preparing equipment list for upcoming drilling campaign. • Check and verify in advance the availability of all the equipment as per the Well program in terms of types, quality and quantity in order to meet the objectives of the program. • Maintaining and optimizing drilling equipment inventory. • Ensure operations are conducted properly to eliminate the risk of Well control, stuck pipe situations. • Double check all the calculations & plan of the job-Cement job, LOT/FIT, Kill sheet
