• Proficient in surface well testing technologies with fix/mobile separator (horizontal and vertical). • Well experienced in DST & multiphase flowmeter MPFM technologies. • Excellent in well interventions: Coil tubing, Acidizing, N2 lifting, Perforations, wireline, Slickline, wellhead maintenance. • Strong experience dealing with conventional and unconventional resources, high pressure tight gas, oil & high H2S wells. • Good experience in well pads commissioning & start-up, production operations & process, well interventions. • Good experience in budget preparation (OPEX & CAPEX) & cost control monitoring. • Well testing & Intervention contracts management: SOWs, tenders’ documents & evaluation of the bids. • Experience in quality measurement technology: Δp , Coriolis, turbine & ultrasonic. BSW, sampling. • Proficient in well head control panel and well testing safety systems ESD, pressure switches…. • Broad Knowledge in allocation, fluid properties calculations, AGA metering standards. • Experience in strategic planning and providing technical analysis to aid decision-making. • Excellent understanding of safety regulations, practice and HSE procedures, PTW & MOC. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. • Proven ability and success working within multidisciplinary and multi-ethnic teams.
