Led F-100, PIT, and PHM meetings prior to well execution - Monitored rig and workover operations, ensuring adherence to program, HSE, and operational targets - Coordinated with company men during field execution, including technical discussions and cost monitoring - Supported execution of fracturing, squeeze cementing, and perforation operations - Maintained cycle time efficiency and addressed operational issues during execution - Prepared and reviewed Daily Drilling Reports and Mud Reports - Managed inventory of drilling materials (bits, casing accessories, float equipment) - Provided regular operational updates to Pertamina Geothermal Energy stakeholders - Supported preparation of the Final Well Report - Gained hands-on exposure to geothermal drilling operations and equipment
