Technical Supervision:monitor complex parameters including torque, drag, and hydraulics. supervise critical activities like running casing, cementing, and nipple-up/down of BOP stacks. Personnel Management: manage crew rotations, performance evaluations, and training.i bridge the gap between the drilling floor and senior management, fostering a culture of technical competence and safety. Maintenance & Inventory: i ensure the rig’s mechanical and electrical systems—from the drawworks to the mud pumps—are maintained under a Rig Management System (RMS) to minimize non-productive time (NPT).
