• Working as Well Engineer for 5 onshore drilling rigs for Saudi Aramco LSTK Re-Entry Wells project, scope includes well de-completion, P&A, drilling curve and lateral sections, and re-completing the well. • Collaborating with Saudi Aramco’s Workover Department to review previous well documentation and make drilling and workover programs for directional and horizontal wells. (Depth 2000-3500 m). • Design well trajectories & run Torque and Drag, Hydraulics, casing swab/surge and stuck pipe risk simulations using Weatherford’s Centro Engineer tool to validate operational plans. • Coordinating with on-site drilling supervisor for tangibles movement & services mob/demob. • Coordinating with Rig contractor, product lines & service companies for smooth running of operations. • Preparing DWOP, lost time analysis, end-of-well reports, failure investigation reports, After-Action Reviews, and lessons learned documentation. • Monitoring and tracking real-time drilling and workover operations to ensure alignment with approved program, and operational analysis of plan vs actual time. • Visiting rig sites during critical operations. • Presented Field Intelligence report in Pre-spud meetings, using offset well analysis, highlighting historical NPT trends, best operational KPIs achieved, and lessons learned to drive proactive risk mitigation and boost performance, a concept adopted as standard practice across ISP departments globally. • Designed ISP KSA Portal a centralized platform for collecting all well engineering records (Well objectives and targets, ILT, NPT, additional lumpsum jobs, out-of-scope work, lessons learned), and a BI ecosystem of 7 interconnected Power BI dashboards for ISP KSA covering safety, training, planning S-curve, quality, performance, and finances, serving management and cross-functional stakeholders with fully automated reporting, updates and alerts.
