Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identifies and resolves issues in electrical and electronic control systems, including PLC-based controls, motor control centers (MCCs), actuators, and control valves. Installation & Commissioning: Installs new electrical and electronic devices, panels, and wiring. This includes loop checking—verifying signal integrity from the field instrument to the control room DCS/PLC. Safety & Compliance: Adheres to safety policies, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, and works in compliance with standards like ISA or IEC. Documentation: Maintains records of maintenance activities, calibration results, and as-built drawings within electronic systems. System Diagnostics: Inspects, tests, and repairs electrical and pneumatic components (transmitters, analyzers, switches).
