- Daily, Weekly and Monthly Planning of work.
- Responsible for the Erection of steel structure and Pressure Parts of 600 MW boiler & WTP.
- Material follow up & Inspection of the steel structure with vendors for smooth progress.
- Perform NDT test DP,MT.UT, Kerosene test.
- Progress Monitoring & co-ordination with erection as well as manufacturing firms to achieve the targets.
- Ensuring safety compliance at work site.
- Creating Ra bills
- Manage all actives of site.
- Material handling at site

- Technical meeting with Architect, PMC, Direct client providing the knowledge of our product and their features.
- Manage Project all activity form starting To end.
- Heat load calculation of the project..
- Product handling and brand promotion for VRF Sales. Site inspection and report preparation to maintain installation quality of low side. Testing and commissioning of project.
