Review and prepare of all Mechanical drawings layout including HVAC System, Heat Exchanger, Fire Fighting system, Plumbing system Chilled Water Piping, Air cooled and Water cooled Chiller, Engineering- Development of specification data sheets, Heat Load and equipment sizing, calculations, Layouts, HVAC Control diagram and Philosophies’, MTOs, Review of Vendor documents and Drawings, etc. Prepare the cost estimation for all HVAC works to complete a high-end construction project .Fully conversant  ASHRAE,, FEED, NFPA, REVIT MEP, ARAMCO Standard & Saudi Building Code.

• Preparing the shop drawing as per design drawings.
• Responsible for ensuring that the Group ‘s technical policies are followed considering any contractual Requirement.
• Timely completion of design and engineering deliverables with proper resource planning.
• Job responsibilities include Heat load calculation in E20 excel, HAP and Trace,  Calculations of Exfiltration and Infiltration air, DG area ventilation calculation, Generation and distribution side chilled water schematic/P&ID, Smoke and pressurization schematic, PUE calculation, Preparation of Air Flow Diagrams, Duct, and piping pressure drop calculations and Ducting Quantity, Pump Head calculation, Sequence of operation of high side and low side equipment and system, Control philosophy for high side and low side, CFD report analysis, Transient study analysis.
