JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

?i am  responsible to  mechanics , to maintain under preventative and corrective work order a complete drilling packages. Drill floor,nov tds 11sa on dolly,  nov ads 10 d draw works with Wichita brake, pipe racking system 8 I ,  Mud package, nov:10-p-130. Triplex pumps, cri packages including omega 500 injection pumps.
?Performing and isolating authority in issow as part of upgrade team, carry out removal / replacement of key equipment while upgrading to rig status. during drilling production to ensure rig downtime kept to a minimum by carrying out preventive maintenance safely and as per equipment maintenance procedures .   Electric supplied Varco TDS 11 SA, National draw works with elmago brake and 12-p-160 triplex pumps, as well as ancillary equipment pump.
?Experienced in maintenance and repaired of all drilling equipment used onshore, BOP, koomey accumulator testing, servicing and repairing, and charging, Caterpillar 3500,3400,3300, and d 398, d399 series of engine.
?Specialist in diesels engines, pumps, compressor, troubleshooting, maintences, pms and pws .
?Ensure that all maintence & repair of drilling equipments, both planned & unplanned, are properly organized and executed in a professional manner and to a high tandared.                     
?Ensure that all mechanical & drilling equipments are operated properly at all times.          
?To test and operate the emergency sytems are as per planning program.                        
?Maintain the working  are in a clean and tidy condition  and  free from any                                                                         Reconditioning of rotating equipments like mission magnum pumps, water spray pumps, etc.
?Carry out maintenance service activities on oilfield equipment like draw works, mud pumps, top drive, bop, hydraulics, casing tongs, torque wrench, power jack, power tong, compressor, caterpillar engine, Generators, rotary table, mud agitator gear box, etc.
?To work or operatioalized key skiled areas likewise: compressor house, mud pump, draw work,  kommy unit, bop , mast hyd. , hydraulic valve stand, as much as utilities section along to provide all kinds of needs or fulfillments as desired of the sequences of plane.
?To shed about the systems with right to tackle it tasks or scewnizing the operational condition or manuals.
?Specially to be aware of the conditions, requirements, placements, arrangements,  or provide best in the way likewise: pump alignments, compressor installation, operation, or maintenance, gear box alignments, overhauling, rotating equipments, feed motor, movers, for ensuring about their work data sheet , overview , prescription, perception, treatments, or running or stand conditions.
?To make summary report, work data analog or analyst, inspection report, requirations report and as well as achievements’ records.

Roles.     

?Duties will include but not are limited to.
?Test, maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.  
?Operate, inspect, service, and maintain test and repair mechanical equipment.
?Set scheduled to provide proper utilization of equipment and evaluate equipments performance.
?Maintain records and logs required by company.
?Write reports on major equipment failure, modifications, equipment performance and maintain.
?Complete hand over reports, logs, records and notes according to approved procedures and instr.
?Plan work before work commences and manages hazards effectively. 
?Service and repair refrigeration equipment, and system. And plcs.
?Make up work plans for crews and make sure that part. Tools. Equipments and documentation are available to work to be.
?Assists electrician when required as part of the maintenances’ team.
?Maintain parts inventory.
?Actively participate in pre-tour , tool box talks, pre-job meetings and weekly safety meetings.
?Develop and maintain own competence.
?Equipment maintenance , fault finding and problem solving abilities in the event of failure.
?It skills with word, excel. Outlook and use computerized maintences system.
?Overall each and every types of rig equipments repaired and maintained by per need.
