The drilling rig is ZJ70DBS with 2000KW and DBZ TDS and VFD control system?I am responsible for all the equipments?personal arrangement?operational coordination and rig moving work and so on?I should hold the safety meetings for day shift and night shift?and I will give orders to all the crews?I should inspect the new location and make the moving plan for all the equipments and arrange all the workers for moving?I should be responsible for the timesheet to all the crews, I should be responsible to make the plan for material request, I should be respobsible for equipments’ checking to slings and crane and shackles etc., such as NDT and load test etc., I should be responsible for DJT and MJT to daily work?In engineering?I should be responsible for all the datum and all the reports for our operation?such as trip sheet?daily report?ton-miles record and so on?I should be responsible for conducting pipe stuck, I should be responsible for killing well?In emergency aspect, I should be responsible for emergency drill including BOP drill and fire drill and man down drill and H2S drill etc. At the same time?I will give some training to our crews when it is possible. I am responsible for HSE to location.
