• Successfully Pre Commissioning ,commissioning and Startup of DCS Panel
• Successfully completed FAT in DCS Panel
• Handling Hydrogenation Plant operations from DCS Control Room (Yokogawa Centum VP ,windows Platform)
• Continuous observation of Utility System => Colling tower, Brine , Chilling , Nitrogen Chiller temperatures ; Instrument air Pressure ,Nitrogen Pressure ,LPS and MPS steam Pressure
• Handling Gases like LPG ,Hydrogen , Chlorine
• Handling Catalyst like Platinum
• Overall responsible for the plant operating Parameters as per SOP
• Safely worked plant startup & Plant shutdown activities
