Mentoring of staff to ensure technical integrity of projects.
Reserves Estimation Create spreadsheet of pay summaries (Net sand, Net pay, Avg. porosity, Avg Sw, OWC, GWC) with all wells oil and gas sandstones and integrate with net pay mapping. Explain wet sands (flushed/isolated?)
