Job Profile:
- MUD Lab testings (Ph, Viscosity, Rheology, Retort, Alkalinity, Salinity, HTHP and Emulsion stability)
- Testing of Synthetic Oil Base MUD & Water Base Mud’s.
- Preparation of Synthetic Oil Base MUD, Water Base Mud, CaCl2 brine, KCL and NaCl Brine as per the standard procedures.
- Pumping the prepared mud and brines to the RIG site without any contamination and spillage and receiving back load chemicals & mud from RIG site.
- Preparation of lab pilot trials with new chemicals to ensure the quality of the chemicals.
- Filtration of prepared brine through filtration unit.
- Label all chemicals with the name, required MSDS and expiry dates.
- Daily inventory check of chemicals.
- Receiving the BASE OIL from contractors with safety precautions.
Technical:
- N.C.C “B” certificate

- State 2nd place in swimming
- First Aid and Fire fighting completed training
